Peak some Ruidoso attractions are just beginning to come to life.
Evening entertainment is found at the movies, in the bowling alley,
at the Ruidoso casinos and at a variety of “watering holes”. You may
go two-stepping with a beer in hand, sample an exotic martini with
an imported cigar while relaxing in a leather chair, or shoot a game
or two of 8 ball. Your vacation to New Mexico only gets better after

There are plenty of places in town to keep everybody happy. If you
are a family just looking for something to do, take the kids to the
bowling alley and play during the rock and bowl. You can see who has
a better game when the lights go off and you are trying to aim to
hit the pins under florescent lighting while you listen to
rock-n-roll and the oldies. Then when you are done bowling you can
challenge the kids to a game of pool.

or Show has been a landmark in downtown Ruidoso for many years. This
country bar is a great place to do some two stepping into the wee
hours.

pleasing almost everybody. They play rock-n-roll, techno, hip hop,
and the blues. They have a great menu for you and your friends. You
can have dinner and play pool at the same time. There is plenty of
room to get your grove on.
CREE MEADOWS COUNTRY CLUB 301 Country Club Dr. 257-2733 Cree
Meadows bar and lounge is open to the public. If you and your
friends like karaoke you can come on down on Wednesday nights and
see who can sing and who can’t. From almost any where in the lounge
you have a sweeping view of the golf course with Sierra Blanca Peak
in the background. There is live entertainment three nights a week:
Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights. There is plenty of room to go
dancing in the huge lounge.

with a sports bar downstairs. They have several TV’s for your
partner who doesn’t want to miss a minute of the big game. There is

great way to start the night. You can eat free fresh peanuts and
throw the shells on the floor as you shoot a game of pool or enjoy a
drink. Farley’s can be a good spot for the whole family to start
your night off. You can eat and listen to great music while the kids
can play in the arcade.

enchiladas on Thursday nights with all of the locals – it is a
tradition here. Otherwise this laid back lounge across from Farley’s
is great for a drink anytime.

everybody here… You are welcome to bowl anytime other than league
nights. If you just want to sit back and relax, you may do so in the
comfortable lounge. You can play some pool or bring the kids out for
a night of fun in the arcade.

of day to see what is playing on all three screens. There are two
large screens and one a slightly smaller. You can even watch movies

corner of Mechem and Sudderth.

steakhouse with an Italian twist. Better yet, the owners also
operate the Sierra Blanca Brewery. Try the Alien Ale, the Nut Brown
or the Wheat Beer. You can even get a “paddle” with samples of 4 to
8 different flavors of local brews.
