Cabins in Ruidoso Rental Information
To reserve one of our condos, vacation
homes, or cabins in Ruidoso, you simply use a credit card to cover
the first night with taxes. You need to be 24 years of age or older.
Christmas and Labor Day weekend dates require full payment in
advance. See Rental Policies for cancellation policies and all
details. Book online or call 800-545-9017 for assistance at any
time. You will get a person, not a machine.
When you arrive in Ruidoso, you will come to the Condotel office to
check in. If you arrive after normal business hours, we will leave a
package out for you at our front door. There will be keys and
specific driving directions to your accommodations.
Use the tools on this website to find the perfect choices for your
needs. For instance, you can use the filters to see all of the 3
bedroom options with air conditioning. You may do the same to find
pool tables, hot tubs, grills, fireplaces or even an available
garage for your vehicle. Search by occupancy needs. A 4 bedroom
house will be priced higher than a 2 or 3 bedroom. Individual
property sites will show the maximum occupancy. After you determine
the right size you may narrow the field by price, location and
amenities.
CABINS: We offer cozy cabins from one to four bedrooms. A
cabin is a wonderful way to get the full mountain vacation
experience. Enjoy great views as just sit on the front porch and
watch the world go by, or on those really cold nights, build a fire
and relax.
HOUSES: Find your Ruidoso home away from home.
All of the houses are individually owned and fully
equipped. One of the advantages of a home is a large variety of
location, amenities, and décor. Choose from golf course views,
seclusion, or the ultimate mountain view for your visit.
CONDOS: More than just a room for the night; all units offer
full sized kitchens, living rooms, fireplaces….all the comforts of
your home. Choose from a wide variety of sizes and amenities, from
the small intimate get away to the large gathering spot complete
with pool tables, game rooms and outdoor pool. We can group units
together in the same area to serve over 100 people.
