Whenever we travel, we always find the locals to ask them where to
find the best food, the best shopping, and of course, the best

Le Bistro
A wonderful French restaurant located in the heart of Ruidoso. The
outdoor dining is perfect for a summer evening in the mountains.
Riker loves the Coquilles St. Jacques and Cindi always debates
between the lamb or duck. A definite must visit during your stay in
Ruidoso.
Lincoln County Tours
These are the folks to call for an excursion. Whether you are a
“see-er” or a
“do-er”, they have the right tour to fit you or your group. Hiking,
biking, photography, jeep tours, tasting tours are just a few that
are offered. It’s a great way to see Ruidoso the way the locals do.
Sacred Grounds
During our last vacation, we drove miles up and down little streets
trying to find the local coffee place. We weren’t successful on our
first attempt, and ended up stopping at a convenience store. It
didn’t seem to cure our craving for a Mocha. We learned that the
location of the local coffee place to be invaluable guest
information. Sacred Grounds is located at the corner of Mechem and
Sudderth, on the southwest corner. It has a great outdoor patio to
enjoy the moment.
Incognito Day Spa
The perfect surprise on vacation seems to be a day at the spa. Riker
is never bold enough to actually pick which spa treatments that
Cindi should have, so he has Michelle from Incognito leave the
choices “a la carte” for her. It’s definitely worth some major
“husband points” to surprise her with a day to herself.
