Ideal for couples, this small but welcoming property is rich in the unique southwestern tradition. Built and decorated in Territorial style, Casa En Canyon features brick floors, beautiful area rugs, and lovely art accents.
Warm and colorful, the bright living room is a great place to hang out. A large, wall-mounted flat-screen cable TV provides entertainment, or you can take advantage of the free WiFi to check out the local eateries’ Yelp reviews while relaxing in the stylish easy chair. Bringing the kids or expecting a couple of friends? The comfortable couch converts to a queen-sized bed, so the condo can sleep up to four.
Speaking of local eateries…there’s no end of amazing restaurants and coffee shops in Santa Fe, but if you feel like having a night in during your vacation, Casa en Canyon’s spacious kitchen is ready to accommodate you. Fully equipped with a refrigerator, gas stove, and microwave, you’ll have access to whatever you need to prepare anything from an elaborate meal to a toasted jalapeno bagel and cup of coffee. You’ll also find all the pots, pans, dishes and flatware you’ll need, plus a dishwasher to clean them in so you don’t have to waste precious time scrubbing. Conveniently close to the kitchen, a pretty dining room with a round glass table and seats for four, it is a great spot to enjoy a romantic dinner or a game of cards with friends.
A good night’s sleep is key to getting the most out of any vacation, and Casa En Canyon’s bedroom was furnished with that in mind. Amid a soothing palette of creams and whites rests the sumptuous king-size bed. Prop yourself up against the pillows and read, surf the web via the free WiFi, or simply drift off to sleep among the pile of pillows. The beautiful area rug provides a splash of color, and two bedside tables ensure each person has a place to set a phone, glasses, and Kindle.
Roomy and well-lit, the tiled bathroom includes a shower/tub combo and is stocked with all the clean, fluffy towels you’ll need.
And then there’s Santa Fe itself! Have we mentioned all the great places to eat? At Casa en Canyon you’re just a fifteen minute walk away from Santa Fe Plaza, the nerve center of the downtown area. There you can feast your eyes on the amazing architecture of the original Spanish Market Square, the 17th Century Palace of the Governors, the New Mexico Museum of Art, and the Loretto Chapel with its unusual spiral staircase to the choir loft. You can also load up on souvenirs and gifts from the many shops stocked with folk art and authentic Southwestern items. And if you’re up for some hiking or skiing (depending on the time of year), the Atalaya Mountain Trail and Ski Santa Fe are just half an hour away by car. And don't forget to tour the more than 80 art galleries on Canyon Road itself!
Proof that convenience and charm can go hand-in-hand, Casa en Canyon is the perfect base of operations for your Santa Fe getaway. So, don’t let it get away from you—book your Southwestern vacation today!
