Reviews for Casa Mateo
Casa Malaga is lovely. A big open space decorated beautifully. They have anticipated every need so we did not want for anything. Location was convenient to everything. Would definitely recommend.
For my wife and I, a clean, well-maintained property is paramount. And Casa Malaga certainly fits the bill. High ceilings and radiant skylights create a cheerful space, while well-chosen art pays tribute to that aspect of the Santa Fe scene. In all, this property offers everything you need for a comfortable stay in New Mexico.
We came to Santa Fe to see art and found a pleasingly eclectic and tasteful collection in the interior space of Casa Malaga. The open layout in bright colors, varied textures and materials felt like both gallery and home, welcoming us when we returned from daily outings. Every detail making for guest convenience had been anticipated and met. The bedroom was set off nicely, the bathroom had a large skylight bringing in the sun. We did entertain one wish: some sort of private access for morning coffee and afternoon wine where one might also drink in the fresh air and sunny clarity of New Mexico's out-of-doors' artistries.
We really enjoyed our stay here. The house is very nice. It looks good in the pictures but it is great in person. Everything was very clean. We loved all the artistic touches and all of the wonderful books. Not that we read them all but they make the home feel so welcoming and cozy. It felt like staying with friends in the very best way. The location was great. It was a nice quiet neighborhood and a lovely place to come home to in the evenings. We would stay here again and recommend to friends.
Lovely home clean comfortable pictures do not do justice close to all of Santa Fe sites home included beautiful tasteful art a joy to look at lovely bathroom bedroom and everything you could need in the kitchen
