You can access the home from downstairs or upstairs. Because each level includes a living room with a gas fireplace, at least one suite, and a spacious deck with seating and a gas grill, Tres Once can accommodate uno family, dos families, or tres couples with ease.
The upper level’s living room can fit the whole gang with room to spare. The window seat beside the fireplace is ideal for cozying up with a mug of hot cocoa or Irish coffee. Then again, the comfy couch and the generous armchairs are inviting perches as well, particularly if you decide to watch a movie on the flat-screen TV with cable.
Also upstairs is Tres Once's dining room, The handsome wood table seats a whole family in chairs so comfortably cushioned, you’ll want to linger long after the meal is over. Adjacent to the dining room is the kitchen. With its stainless-steel appliances, cookware, tableware, island, and open layout, it just might spur you to new culinary heights. There is also a breakfast bar with stools for additional dining
The centerpiece of the downstairs living area is a large flat-screen TV and a comfy couch. Like the rest of the home, it’s decorated in refined, restful style, with lustrous wood floors and furnishings that pay homage to Spanish Colonial elegance. There’s a utility room as the washer and dryer. Hopefully, you won’t have to work during your stay, but if you do, set up your laptop here. Tres Once has complimentary WiFi, by the way—one less thing you have to think about during your stay.
The decks look out onto towering Ponderosa pines and the Mountains. The open upper deck includes a patio table for alfresco meals. Best of all, there is a hot tub to relax and enjoy after a full day of adventure. The primary suite is on the upper level. The en-suite bathroom features both a walk-in shower and a jetted tub. After a day on the slopes, on the links, or on the trails, a long soak will feel so pampering.
A second bedroom features another king bed and en-suite bathroom, while the third features a queen and a trundle bed that can sleep up to 2 more guests. The fourth bedroom features a double bed and a twin bed that can sleep up to 3 guests.
Tres Once is such a haven, you might want to spend your entire vacation right here. But then you’d be missing out on fishing, hiking, horseback riding, and mountain biking in Alto Lake and Recreation Area, just 5 minutes away. What’s more, the shops and galleries of downtown Ruidoso are minutes from the house, and Ski Apache is just a half-hour drive.
When only the best will do, Tres Once is where you want to stay. Make your reservation today… before someone else beats you to it! Please remember that Ruidoso is a mountain town with snow and icy conditions during the winter. This can affect driving and parking conditions regardless of the property, driveway, or roads. 4x4 or chains may be necessary to access the home during winter months.
