It can be a little noisy as you are where all the action is. I was a bit concerned about parking but all was well throughout the weekend. Only suggestion would be some coffee cups for the coffee maker. Location looks a little strange from outside. Very clean room and close to all the activity in Ruidoso. Even within walking difference. I only had to call office when I got there and they were very kind and courteous. Thanks for a good experience and a clean place to stay!
