When you drive up to this comfortable split level home, you’ll find parking space for up to four cars out front. Please note: if you visit Two Sisters Mountain Home in winter we advise arriving in a 4WD vehicle or at least have chains for your car. Ruidoso is a mountain town and roads are often icy and snow-packed in winter.

When you cross the threshold, you’ll be awed by your open-concept living area. Floor to ceiling windows surrounds three sides of your large room, giving you spectacular views of the forest and the surrounding area. You have a wrap-around deck accessible through sliding glass doors where you can sit and enjoy the view as you sip an evening cocktail or morning cup of coffee. You’ll be pleased to discover you have a wet bar on the main floor where you can stir up cocktails for your gathering on the deck.

Your Two Sisters Mountain Home living room features a wood-burning fireplace and plenty of comfortable furniture where you can sit and relax. The large sectional is also a sleeper sofa that can be used for two guests if your party expands to 10.

Your vacation home also has a flat-screen TV with cable and a DVD player. You have free Internet in case you want to post photos of your mountain fun on social media. No matter what time of year you visit Two Sisters Mountain Home you’ll be comfortable. In summer you can take advantage of the central air conditioning. In winter, you have central heating along with two wood-burning fireplaces to keep everyone feeling warm and cozy.

If you’re not dining on local cuisine down in Ruidoso, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen ready for you to prepare your favorite recipes in your mountain home. Appetites are hearty in the mountain air so this is a good time to bring out your chili, stew, and Mac and cheese recipes. You also have a gas grill where you can sizzle up some steaks or burgers for your hungry crew.

Between your Two Sisters Mountain Home kitchen and living room is your dining area with incredible views out the many windows. It’s a million dollar spectacle you can enjoy anytime you gather around this handsome table that seats six.

You’ll also find your primary bedroom on the main floor. After a day of hiking, skiing, golfing, or visiting the shops of Ruidoso, you’ll love settling into your king-sized bed. As you look out the large windows onto the forest or finish a chapter in your book, you’ll soon be ready to fall asleep as the ceiling fan gently stirs overhead. If you’d like, step out through your private door onto the deck where you can watch the stars come out in the vast sky. It’s amazing how many stars are visible in the mountains.

Your adjoining primary en-suite, and all three bathrooms at Two Sisters Mountain Home, features a Talavera sink that is both beautiful and a subtle reminder that you are in New Mexico, famous for its unique Southwestern décor.

Downstairs at Two Sisters Mountain Home you’ll find two more bedrooms. One features a king-sized bed and the other has two queen-sized beds. Your second and third bathrooms are also on this floor along with a laundry room with washer and dryer.

The real treat on the lower floor is your wonderful game room where you’ll find a pool table, slot machine, wood-burning fireplace, and other games to enjoy with your group. There’s also a wall-mounted flat-screen TV. Grab a seat at the bar and watch your favorite programs.

Just outside the game room, you have a hot where you can relax and drink in the pine-scented mountain air as you soothe muscles sore from skiing, golf, or hiking. It’s the perfect way to end a wonderful day in the mountains.
