On hot summer evenings, you can cool things down with the compact air conditioning unit. Plus, there’s no need to pack linens. The bed will be made up with fresh sheets and bedspread before you arrive! A wall-mounted lamp on each side of the bed conserves space while making a perfect reading light. If you’re bringing a third guest, the sofa doubles as an extra twin-size bed.

If you have back problems you are going to hurt if you are able to sleep thru the night.

Good price quoted but a lot of extra expenses not listed. Not sure what all of it was for other than taxes because I didn't get a receipt. I will be calling for one so I can see what all of the charges are for.
