It is a lovely home for a large family. It has great secluded outdoors. It is close to Ruidoso restaurants and midtown.

Spacious place for our family. We had a family of 16. It is stocked with enough towels, baby gate, baby playpen, extra blankets, and appliances. The master bedroom is downstairs with its own bathroom and another bedroom with a queen bed also downstairs. There will be stairs to climb to get to the other two bedrooms that both have amazing views. There are a total of 3 bathrooms in this house but the bedrooms pictured with bunk beds are housed separate and it does not have a bathroom. Keep that in mind during cold weather. The space has a mini split. We didn’t like that it was a separate area especially if the grandkids were needing the restroom in the late evening. But, we made it work. Again, it’s spacious and enough sleeping space for us. Now, parking was a whole other issue. For a place that sleeps up to 18 people the allowed number of vehicles is 4. I didn’t understand the parking situation because there is enough parking space on the property.

Really enjoyed staying here with how many people we had during our stay. Very spacious and open layout as well. Also enjoyed how it was sort of secluded and we were all just able to have a peaceful and fun getaway.

Nice and clean House, we have a little problems trying to check in, they sent a wrong password, also the house is renting thru a third party, and it’s a little difficult communicate with them, but everything else were nice and good, thanks.

Cancellations
- Arrival window within 14 days or less, all payments are non-refundable.
- Arrival window within 15 to 30 days, a partial refund of 50% will be provided.
