The home is very large and clean. The porch is really nice to sit out on! We had a wild horse who visited us multiple times coming all the way up to the porch it was magical! Nice area! We had to evacuate and leave early due to fire. I would recommend out of town people to download watch duty if staying near by. I’m glad I had it to know I should leave before it was too late. I truly hope this home is safe from the fire!!! A beautiful home. Very comfortable and safe feeling.

Very comfy and nice. TVs had lots of channels through dish. You cannot connect to your netflix, but possibly can with firestick provided. Didn't think about that until now. ALL of Ruidoso very mountainous and hilly. This, like all properties there, have lots of stairs. Knees required. LOL!

I was disappointed with your description of "a fenced backyard ". It's more like a dog run, very dark dog run at night. There's no lighting on that side of the house. Likely we had a flashlight.
