Careful with dishwasher because it falls out. The sheets are rough. View and neighborhood are amazing.

The house was open and great for a family. The kitchen was very poorly stocked; no baking pans/sheets, not enough cooking utensils and not enough silverware. The owner needs to update/replace many rusty sinks. The decor could use updating but the rusty sinks are less than desirable.Also there is no heat in the lower level where two bedrooms are located. The management company is amazing. They were attentive to things we needed and very easy to work with. Bottom line, we would use the agency again but choose another location until Updates are made.

Christy and Don's nuthouse is a wonderful place to stay! My family and I had a great time and would definitely stay there again!

We were really excited to stay here! The home has so much potential but it needs some work! We traveled with two small puppies that belong to my mother. Otherwise we're not used to animal dander. The blankets/throws and comforters and we're covered in dog hair and soiled....they we're absolutely filthy. And there was hair inside of the maid beds and linens. It was obvious that the owners stock of linens blankets etc. had not been clean in a while. The carpet in the master closet and downstairs was old and dense with dirt, definitely needed to be replaced. We had a very hard time sleeping due the dander(there was no doubt that previous guest had let their animals sleep on the beds with them and then they were not cleaned ) The hot tub is in the master bedroom. The chlorine tablets from the hot tub were so strong and it could be smelled all throughout the house. Due to the chemicals and the carpet and soiled bedding we did not sleep well at all. I did call housekeeping the first morning and ask if there were other blankets that we could use and was told we would have to wash them on our own however the washer and dryer were stackable's in so tiny they could not accommodate this task so we just dealt with it. The kitchen was not organized whatsoever! And the housekeeping crew has not kept it tidy. We had to move things around just to accommodate a simple pantry. Multiple blenders and coffee makers that did not work. That all needs to be re-organized and restocked. The house seem to be pretty clean things were just shoved and hidden in closets and cubbies. It was not tidy and organized. A tip for the owners: Do away with all of the Dated miss matched linens, blankets and comforters. Splurge on to quality blankets per bedroom, feather down inserts with a white duvet and white linens. Four pillows per bed are preferred. All of the pillows are old and none of them are hypoallergenic. You could purchase all of this from IKEA and make a huge upgrade in your home. If you replaced the dated curtains downstairs with a quality white and the mismatched shower curtain in the master with a white cotton to complement the white towels in the white linens on the bed what a difference that would make! I really appreciated the crisp white towels that were offered and I did notice that the sheets were ironed however their quality was very poor. In your kitchen your plates bowls coffee cups and glasses were fine! But pull out everything else and minimize you only need a handful of pots and pans. You did not own a large skillet and the pots you did have were flaking and need to be thrown away. All of this can be purchased at IKEA and would make this definitely cost-effective. Your outdoor area grounds need to be kept up. Several of your lights on the path were broken although I think that was due to the wild mustangs coming in the yard. There were old carpets and water hoses and random trashy items that were visible from the deck. There was a massive amount of poop from previous guests and lots of trash debris. A little effort and the yard could look so much better. I wish there were someway for you to enclose the hot tub because it is terribly awkward being right in the middle of the master bedroom. I have managed Airbnb's and I own a cleaning company and so I hope that you take my advice and make these changes they would make an enormous difference in your home. You really do have a lovely home with so much potential, it could be so much better and it deserves it! We had a lovely Christmas 22' thank you so much!
