A beautiful home. We were a little concerned with no reviews for Eagles Nest, but the pictures looked great so we took a chance. This is a beautiful home and was very clean. Lots of wildlife coming through each evening and very private. Everyone was very helpful and we would recommend this property. If there is one flaw, it's the fact that the mattresses are very uncomfortable.

This cabin was absolutely beautiful! Loved the rustic decor. Had coffee on the back porch with elk! Little creek running through property was so peaceful. Vacationed with my grown kids and had plenty of room. Separate cabin was so cozy. We had everything we needed for family meals. Jacuzzi was nice and wished we had more time to use it Since my family was all coming from different areas, the parking was good. I would recommend this peaceful, cozy cabin for bigger gtoups!

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful log home tucked away off the road, next to a creek running through the fenced in property! Pros: beautiful location, close to town for supplies, the home itself is spacious, nicely decorated and comfortable. The management company responds in a timely fashion. Cons: Kitchen: all dishes needed to be hand washed before using, as food residue was stuck to each one (this dish washer does not seem to work well for cleaning dishes, leaves residue, so plan to hand wash). BYO trash bags. Electricity: a number of outlets were not working at arrival, including wifi and TV supply. These came on later in our stay, and hosts created a ticket to resolve the problem, but would be problematic if you needed wifi for working, as WiFi did not become available until the second day of our stay. Hot tub: locked/unavailable on our first night, needed a code, later provided. Despite these cons, we had a wonderful time and would recommend if ok w/ these items being n/a.

We are glad to hear that you enjoyed the beautiful location and the spaciousness of the home. We send a guest portal to every guest that should help address the issues you mentioned regarding the hot tub access. This code is provided along with the hot tub providers contact. Your input is valuable, and we will work to enhance the experience for future guests. Also we do send a text prior to arrival about the wifi issues in Ruidoso. Since the big fire a lot of these services were majorly impacted. We do suggest guest bringing their own hot spot to avoid issues with WiFI while the town is putting itself back together. We hope you had an overall enjoyable stay, and we look forward to the opportunity to host you again.
