The place was very comfortable and the location was ideal. We came across two issues that avoided me from giving it a 5 rating. The check in time was at 4 pm and when we arrived there at 5:02 the cleaning crew was still there and couldn’t check in until around 6 pm. As we were about to grill, there was not enough propane left in the tank and had to go out and purchase one. I made 4 attempts to let management know, to no avail. They made no attempt to respond to the issues. Considering the hefty host fees charged, the least they could do is respond in a timely manner.
