Wine Top is built on an open floor plan that brings everyone together. A gas fireplace and comfortable leather couches and chairs highlight the Spanish Colonial style of this welcoming retreat. Curl up and watch a movie on the TV or snuggle by the fire and relive the highlights of your day with friends and family. Someone who loves to cook designed the Wine Top kitchen. Appliances are top of the line and you’ll find everything you need to cook up hearty stews and other “stick-to-your-ribs” dishes to satisfy your hungry group. You can dine around the large dining table or in warmer months take your food out to enjoy on the deck that overlooks the forest and mountains. The mountain air makes everything taste so wonderful. There’s also a hot tub out on the deck for those cooler nights, just imagine the soothing waters working out your body’s soreness from mountain biking, skiing or horseback riding! You can also relax in the den with Pac-Man or a drink at the bar. There’s something for everyone at Wine Top.
After a full day you’ll sleep well in the primary bedroom’s king-size bed. Just open the sliding glass doors to let the cool mountain air flow over you. Your en suite bathroom includes a dual sink vanity and large walk-in shower that make getting ready for the new day a true pleasure. The second bedroom also features a king-size bed and has a private bathroom. The third and four bedrooms share a bathroom and are outfitted with comfy queen-size beds.

Please remember that Ruidoso is a mountain town with snow and icy conditions during the winter. This can affect driving and parking conditions regardless of the property, driveway, or roads. 4x4 or chains may be required during winter months to access your home.

Parking is not good. Dryer didn’t dry clothes. Comforters, quilts, bedspreads were stained &/or dirty otherwise this is a beautiful home

- Within 45 Days Prior to Arrival, 100% is due at the time of Booking.
Cancellations
- Arrival window within 14 days or less, all payments are non-refundable.
- Arrival window within 15 to 30 days, a partial refund of 50% will be provided.
- Arrival window is within 31 days or more, all advanced payments will be refunded.
