It was a very nice place to stay. Definitely we will stay again. The only complaint is the check in that it is at 4:00 p.m. and the check out at 11:00 am.

The MOST spectacular views in Ruidoso!!! The main deck is very accommodating and well furnished. Only downside was the very uncomfortable king bed upstairs.

Cabin had an odd smell. Like a combo of skunk and moth balls. The worst part was tons of spiders. We ended up having to buy spray and spray the entire cabin. I felt that maintenance should be kept up by Condotel.

So sorry to hear that there were some things missing from the stay! It is our goal to provide relaxing atmospheres for our guests as well as keeping the units updated! I will make sure our office knows so that we do not disappoint in the future!
