Decorated in soothing earth tones, the living area of Nature’s Outlook is large enough for the whole family to gather. Nestle on the sofa to watch a movie on the large flat-panel TV with DVD player; curl up in the recliner with your tablet or a stack of magazines; sprawl out on the carpet with the kids for a game of Monopoly or Uno. This living room really was made for living!
The dining table can seat 6 people, and another 2 guests can belly up to the adjacent breakfast bar. The breakfast bar doubles as additional kitchen counter space. Whether you’re reheating leftovers from the previous night’s restaurant meal or preparing a holiday feast, you’ll find all the appliances, cookware, and tableware you’ll need in Nature’s Outlook’s kitchen. There’s even a dishwasher, because nobody wants to scrub plates while on vacation.
The primary suite is impressively spacious and well furnished, with a king-size bed, a flat-panel TV, plenty of storage, and a private bathroom. The 2nd bedroom also includes a king-size bed, while the 3rd has a queen. These bedrooms share the 2nd full bathroom. When you arrive at Nature’s Outlook, you’ll find all the beds impeccably made up and more than enough clean towels for both bathrooms, so you can leave your linens at home. In fact, because the house has its own washer and dryer, you can pack lighter than usual.
Hopefully you won’t have to work during your stay, but if you do, you can avail yourself of Nature’s Outlook’s home office. Other amenities include a car port and a driveway with additional parking for multiple vehicles.
Nature’s Outlook is located in the White Mountain residential area. Though the neighborhood is delightfully quiet, it’s also close to many of the local attractions. The Links at Sierra Blanca golf course is less than 10 minutes away. In just 15 minutes you can drive to Grindstone Lake and Trail System, where you can fish, boat, hike, ride mountain bikes and horses, and play disc golf; you might also see ospreys, mule deer, black bears, elk, and eagles while there. Equally close are Ruidoso Winter Park, where you can snow tube in winter and go zip-lining year-round; Billy the Kid Casino; Ruidoso Downs horse track; and the art galleries and artisan shops of Sudderth Drive. And in only 40 minutes you can drive to Ski Apache, where in addition to skiing and snowboarding you can whiz over the mountains via zip line or explore the area via mountain bike or on foot.

Only thing it lacked was more cable channels since my 4 kids were with us. Assuming it only had basic cable like 20 channels and no kids channels. We stayed 6 days and hard for them to not watch cartoons. Lol Other then that it was perfect!!

The property was beautiful and very clean. Me and my family stayed a week and had a fabulous time. We have stayed at a few vacation homes from Condotel and they have all been great!#!
